Molly Tarlov is an American actress best known for her part as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama television show Awkward, since 2011. Tarlov was raised within Manhattan, New York, as one of the two daughters. She began her career in the tenth grade when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was a huge success with a group of seventh graders. As she grew older and had a job, she spent her summers in Paris in Paris with NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training for various styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant as well, taught her to combine writing and acting during the LAByrinth Theater's Master class. Molly swapped her black jacket for a pair of sunglasses, before leaving for Los Angeles. In no time, she was offered a three-word character on iCarly and was able to draw the attention to her parents. In the years since, she's made several TV appearances. The actress also developed the character of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly claims to be able to play basketball well despite the fact that she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
